The Future of Energy is Green and Digital

The Oslo Science City Arena event The Future of Energy is Green and Digital, will be hosted by the University of Oslo developed together with SINTEF, NGI, IFE and the City of Oslo, 10-11 January 2024.

The energy system of the future will be built on green energy and digital solutions and requires new collaboration across sectors and disciplines. The event is an initiative to join leading voices shaping these discussions.

Keynote presentations will be held by:

  • Andreas Bjelland Eriksen, Norwegian Minister of Climate and Environment
  • Colin McKerracher, Head of Advanced Transport, BloombergNEF
  • Adel El Gammal, Secretary General, European Energy Research Alliance (EERA)
  • Heidi Sørensen, Director, City of Oslo Climate Agency

The conference is held at the University of Oslo, in the heart of Oslo Science City. It is an Oslo Science City Arena event developed with SINTEF, the NGI (Norwegian Geotechnical Institute), the Institute for Energy Technology, and the City of Oslo.

The event is free of charge and will held at Georg Sverdrups hus, Campus Blindern. Please note the date – 10-11 January 2024. More information and a registration link can be found here.
